Our Staff:

Tracy Della Russo - Owner and artistic director of Let’s Dance.  Master teacher & choreographer, Tracy has been teaching dance for over 30 years, receiving her training from some of the area’s most prominent teachers such as, Adrienne Parker Academy of Ballet, Bill Fowler, Rosemarie Delutis-Boyden, and the Sherry Gold Dance Studios.  She continues to attend conventions and seminars to further her dance and teacher training.  She danced professionally before earning a degree in business management and taught preschool all which has set the foundation for her teaching ability in dance.  She has been inspiring all ages through the art of dance with patience and love.  She is also the recipient of the prestigious “Carol Miller Award” for upholding the highest standards in choreography and teaching. She is member of the International Association of Dance Medicine and Science and a certified Zumba instructor.  

Daryl Driscoll - Has been dancing for over 20 years and on staff at Let’s Dance as our office manager and dance instructor.  She is a former New England Patriot’s cheerleader as well as a former dancer for the Celtics & Boston Frenzy. As an NFL cheerleader she was a member of the NEPC Show Team which performed throughout the U.S. & internationally at several performance venues and military bases. She graduated Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Accounting from Suffolk University where she was part of the Griffin Fellowship Honors Society. She is a certified Zumba instructor and is persuing her ACE personal training certification.

Audra Carabetta - Currently dancing, teaching and choreographing in the Boston area, Audra has performed with several dance companies and artists throughout the past ten years.  Her dancing has taken her to places such as Holland, London, Canada, New York City and all over New England.  Choreographically her work has received attention via awards and grants, and she has been a respected teacher and professor for several years, earning a BFA in Dance from the University of Massachusetts.

Alex Fetbroth – Instructing and choreographing for studios throughout the U.S. since the age of 15, Alex has had the opportunity to work with choreographers such as Jamal Sims, Nick Bass, Brian Friedman, George "Geo" Hubela, Kenny Wormald, and Kelly Peters to name a few. He has also performed on The Today Show, Good Morning America with Sobe, American Music Awards, and So You Think You Can Dance as a top 70 finalist. You can see him on the instructional DVD, The ABC's of Hip Hop and has choreographed several award winning pieces for Let’s Dance. Alex can be found dancing in Miley Cyrus's newest projects such as the "Fly on the Wall" music video and Hannah Montana: The Movie. Alex loves to share his passion for dance whether it's performing or teaching and hopes to do it as long as he can.

JR Linden Graduate of Dance Masters of America Teacher Training School with Dance Educator Certification in Ballet, Jazz and Tap. He serves on the Board of Directors for Dance Masters of America and is a member of the Dance Teacher’s Club. JR has been an adjudicator throughout the United States for dance competitions and scholarship pageants. His award winning choreography has earned him the opportunity to teach master classes and guest choreograph for many studios, schools and organizations throughout the United States and Canada.

Stephanie Vasilchuk – Has been a gymnast for over 20 years competing around New England for 15 of those with both Gemini Gymnastics and TOPS USA Gymnastics. She qualified for the U.S. Regional Championship in 1997 and placed in the top 20 for All-Around competition. Stephanie was captain of the Stoneham High School gymnastics team and choreographed both beam and floor routines throughout her four years while teaching at Reading Gymnastics Academy. As a high school senior and team captain, Stephanie won the award for Most Outstanding Female Athlete in individual sports for Stoneham High School for her leadership of the gymnastics team, as well as the track and field team and swim team.  Stephanie was also an NCAA division 1 college athlete rowing for the UMASS Amherst Crew team.  She graduated Cum Laude from UMass Amherst in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is currently a Registered Nurse for the VA hospital in Bedford, MA.

Michaela Della Russo – Has been dancing since the age of two with training in various forms of dance with her specialties being Hip Hop & Jazz. Michaela has trained under many acclaimed teachers such as Shane Sparks, Mia Michaels, Wade Robson, and Brian Freidman to name a few. She has been an award winning member of the Let’s Dance competition team for 13 years claiming national titles of Teen Miss Dance Ovations & Teen Miss Starquest as well as the top teen soloist at IDC. She has performed for the North Shore Music Theater in their productions of 42nd Street & High School Musical 2. In her spare time from the studio she is traving around the country attending conventions to further training & is auditioning for the hit series "So You Think You Can Dance" this fall.

Patricia Bochnak- Current Executive Director of North Shore Children’s Theatre, Patricia earned her BA from Boston College and received her MA in Dance Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. She has served as the Director of the Performing Arts Program at the Jordan Boys & Girls Club of Chelsea for seven years and has taught at Boston College, Topf Center for Dance Education, Teachers College Dance Program, Tufts University Children’s Theater and Columbia University Children’s Arts Camp. She has enjoyed guest teaching/choreographing at Boston Ballet, Endicott & Regis Colleges. Patricia has worked with Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, Ailey II, Paul Taylor Dance Company, and American Ballet Theater. She has trained at Top Hat Dance Centre, Denton Ballet, and Ballet Dallas as well as at Broadway Dance Center, Steps, and New Dance Group.
