Baby Dance age 2 - Your child’s first experience in a classroom environment should be a positive, fun and creative experience. A 45 minute class combines ballet and tap with use of props and fun age appropriate music. Not only will your little one learn movement and coordination, they will learn the skills needed to enter into the world of preschool such as sharing, waiting their turn, and socialization. Taught by the owner, always two instructors present, class size kept at a minimum.

Combo I 3/4 - The next level for your preschooler. We incorporate fun, energetic music with creative movement and the basic knowledge of Tap and Ballet. We keep them moving for 45 minutes, a packed class of activity for this busy group!y.

Combo II 5/6 - This class is an hour full of Ballet, Tap and an introduction to Jazz dance. Students learn to count music, rhythm and movement to age appropriate music. |
Hip Hop - for ages 5 and up! Fun age appropriate music of today’s top 40 with funky dance steps based on music video and concerts. No dress code for this class, appropriate street clothes required.

Gymnastics – starting at age 4! Learn tumbling skills with certified instructors great for flexibility and to enhance motor skills. This class is one hour of stretching and tumbling with safe colorful equipment. Having tumbling skills will give you an edge as a dancer, cheerleader or any athlete!.

Jazz – All styles, Broadway, Fosse, Contemporary. Students will learn a correct warm up progressions across the floor and a dance combination to incorporate all they have learned in that class. A fun fast paced class for ages 7 and up that runs for 1 to 1 ½ hours depending on the age and level of the dancer. |
Tap – All styles, Hoofin, Broadway, Percussion etc. Students will learn to make rhythmic patterns to various styles of music. Tap is rich in American history and made fun through the various influences throughout the country. This class runs for one hour and is for ages 7 and up.

Ballet – Russian and Cechetti methods. Ballet is the most fundamental of all dance forms and a highly recommended starting place for all those interested in studying dance. Class consists of concentrated bar work, floor bar, center progressions, and combinations. Pointe is offered to those dancers who have mastered the criteria required by the instructor and have developed the necessary strength to endure a point class without injury. |
Zumba! – The latest craze in work out classes. If you love Latin and Salsa music this is the class for you. For men, women and teens, this class combines Latin dance moves to upbeat music that’s so much fun you won’t realize you’re actually working out! |
Pilates – Power mat Pilates - combines breathing stretching techniques to ensure total body alignment. Entire class is done individual mats, comfortable clothing required. Concentration on core toning and flexibility, you’ll feel like a new person afterwards!.

Adult Dance – Whether you danced as a kid or always wanted to, now is your chance. Classes are paced especially for adults in a fun, no pressure environment. Recital is always optional. We have beginner through Intermediate and advanced classes - do something for yourself…..it’s your turn now!!!!.

Power Barre – Unique, high energy/no impact, total body workout that combines barre work and light weights with continual fat burning motion. Utilizing the sense of center and balance you find at the barre to work both the body as a whole and as isolated muscle groups you will maximize the body’s potential for developing long, lean muscle and reducing bodyfat. The entire class is set to fun, upbeat music to help you block out stress and leave the class feeling energized & revitalized!
